Hockey

My best time of the week is hockey time. 
We have practice at lunchtime on the field.

Hornby Hockey

On Friday Hornby Primary School vs  St Bernadettes in hockey.  We scored 1 point  they got 10 points.  We lost  they won.  It was good fun playing.

Life Education

This week we have been going to Life Education.  We saw Harold .

We had a dance party.  We heard some jokes from  Harold .

We learnt to not be a Bully.   We learnt to be an upstander not  bystander.

In Reading, my goal is to  make a comment in every student’s tracking sheet by the end of term 1.	My goal in Writing is to use workshops to address writing needs.	In Math, I want to get to the point where I have marked every piece of work in Math books by the end of term 1.	I will have breakfast every week day until the end of term 1.

In my goal  I said i would to Get better at Reading.

today we learned about symmetry. I made a tapa cloth using a resource from nzmaths.

Kiwi Can

In KiwiCan today we played a game. We had to go around and ask questions. We learned about the difference between yes/no questions and questions where you get more information
